Sri Venkata Sai Educational Society has been at the forefront of youth empowerment through skill development, creating pathways for meaningful employment and self-reliance. With a strong commitment to quality training and industry readiness, the Society has successfully trained around 1100 candidates across diverse and in-demand job roles.

The training portfolio includes specialized programs such as Chemist–Store, Telehealth Services Coordinator, EV Service Technician, EV Technician, and General Duty Assistant, which are directly aligned with the requirements of the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Automotive sectors. These programs are designed with a balance of theoretical knowledge, practical exposure, and soft skills development, ensuring that every candidate is equipped to meet the expectations of employers and industry standards.

Beyond classroom training, the Society emphasizes career guidance, counseling, and placement support to help trainees transition smoothly into the workforce. The initiative has not only improved employability but also contributed to strengthening the skilled manpower pool in critical sectors such as healthcare services, electric mobility, and pharmaceutical/medical supply chains.
