Sri Venkata Sai Educational Society has transformed its training initiatives into measurable livelihood outcomes by ensuring that a large majority of trained candidates are absorbed into the job market. To date, the Society has successfully placed around 860 candidates across key industries, marking a significant achievement in linking skills with sustainable employment.

Placements have been realized in roles such as Chemist–Store, Telehealth Services Coordinator, EV Service Technician, EV Technician, and General Duty Assistant. These roles cater to high-demand areas in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and the rapidly growing Automotive sector, especially the electric mobility segment. Many of the placed candidates are now working in pharmacies, diagnostic centers, hospitals, EV workshops, and service stations, while some have also found opportunities in organized retail outlets and healthcare support services.

The Society’s placement strategy is not limited to employer tie-ups but also includes career counseling, interview preparation, and post-placement tracking, which has resulted in strong retention and career progression among candidates. Employers have appreciated the candidates for their job readiness, discipline, and hands-on practical skills, validating the quality of training provided.

With over 860 youth gainfully employed, the Society has not only enhanced family incomes and social mobility but also contributed skilled manpower to industries that are critical to India’s growth story.
